One-size-fits-all suspenders. These can be shipped to patients in need by contacting the Customer Service department.
What accessories are available for the Physio-Stim Bone Growth Stimulator?
Depending upon the model, replacement straps and clips are available to patients.
What if I have a medical complaint?
First, consult with your physician. Also, contact our Customer Service department. We will discuss and document your concerns.
Do I need to wear the Bone Growth Stimulator at the same time each day?
No. You have the flexibility to receive your treatment at any time during the day. The device has a built in 24 hour clock which allows for treatment each day between the hours of 12 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. Additionally, you may choose to break your total daily prescribed treatment into a number of shorter sessions lasting 65 minutes, in accordance with your doctors instructions.
Can I wear a cardiac pacemaker with a Spinal-Stim Bone Growth Stimulator?
The Spinal-Stim® Bone Growth Stimulator can be used with a TENS unit. However, use of the device with an implanted cardiac pacemaker is prohibited. Please contact your physician for consultation prior to using the device.
What do I do if I have a problem with my Bone Growth Stimulator?

Can I wear the Bone Growth Stimulator over a hard shell brace or a cast?
The pulse electromagnetic field (PEMF) can penetrate through most materials. However, if you have questions regarding the material please feel free to contact Customer Service.
My Bone Growth Stimulator has expired, what do I do?
First, contact the doctor and find out if there is a need for you to continue treatment. If so, a new order and new prescription will need to be submitted. There is no need to return the expired device.
